Daniel Zia is a very knowledgeable and helpful real estate agent. My wife and I found him to be honest, direct and highly personable in all of our interactions with him—which spanned a period of more than two years (while our previous home was on the market). During this time, he never seemed to be bothered by our many questions, and he always made the time to show us homes and to discuss any issues that we had across a range of subjects. Daniel displays a combination of maturity, integrity and friendliness that is surprising in a younger man. He has a calm demeanor and is careful in the advice he gives. It would be difficult to find a better real estate agent.
