When my husband and I moved to Santa Barbara it was our 7th move in 22 years. This to say that we have extensive experience with Real Estate agents. Daniel Zia is — by far — the most professional, attentive, patient, focused, helpful, respectful, competent, honest and qualified agent we ever worked with. Moreover he has a delightful, discreet sense of humor, is never overbearing and truly listens to his client. We never felt he was “pushy” or trying to sell us a house as quickly as possible. He had a “knack” in truly understanding what my husband and I were looking for, why we loved one house and not another, so that, after a day with us, he never showed us a house that didn’t have that “little something” we wanted.
