My partner and I couldn’t have asked for a better experience selling our home, and it’s all thanks to Todd Shea and his Zia Group team. We all know that selling a home and then opening it up to strangers is a delicate, trustworthy transaction. From start to finish, he demonstrated exceptional professionalism, deep market knowledge and a genuine dedication to ensuring our needs were met. He made what could have been a stressful process feel smooth. Moreover, our particular sale was more complicated given a set timeframe, the sale of staging furniture, a complicated solar panel lease and an out-of-state move. This did not phase Todd given his extensive experience; he remained patient and in constant communication with us along the way. Todd was ALWAYS available to answer our questions (weekends, holidays and even on his birthday!), provided insightful advice at every step, and truly went above and beyond to secure the best outcome for us. The marketing of our property was top-notch by attracting numerous potential buyers and offers quickly, and negotiating skills.
