Daniel Zia knows his stuff. He has a fantastic knowledge of the area, knows the good deals from the bad ones and did a fantastic job of tailoring his searches to my needs. On top of that he is a pleasure to work with, both during and after the purchase. I always felt my happiness in the purchase was important to him.
