I had intended on meeting several realtors about representing me on a house that I had remodeled in Santa Barbara and Daniel Zia was the first one on my list. I was so impressed with Daniel and his knowledge of the Santa Barbara market that I gave him the listing upon our first meeting—he’s the quintessential realtor—personable and straight-forward. Daniel and Brittain did a great job marketing the property and it sold within the first day of being listed for the full asking price. I highly recommend the Zia Group for anyone who is buying/selling a home in the Santa Barbara/Montecito area.
