This was the first home purchase for both of us. We actually thought of trying to go it alone, but I’m so glad we didn’t! Daniel was always responsive, available for questions throughout the day and flexible with his time. He took the time to describe all the paperwork and to walk us through anything we were concerned about. He explained inspections, what our expectations should be, and looked out for our needs every step of the way. I particularly appreciated his suggestion to take the time to write a thoughtful letter of introduction to include with our offer. It allowed us to connect with the out-of-town sellers in a way that I don’t think would have been possible otherwise. I also particularly appreciated his willingness to communicate electronically, which is a standard in my daily business practice and probably the only way I could have fit house-hunting/offering/financing into my busy life. Our overall experience with Daniel was terrific! I especially appreciated his sincere attention to retaining a relationship after the sale. I feel like I have a realtor I can count on for life.
