I used Daniel and the Zia Group. To sell my mother’s house in fall to Summer in 2013 & 2014. He had a strategy to maximize the sale of my Mother’s house so my Siblings and myself to receive a larger inheritance in a time we were emotionally challenging times for our lives. A few years later I referred Daniel to a High School Friend who’s Mother had pasted away. My friend was overwhelmed with everything he needed to get done to sell his mother’s house. Daniel helped him an took over the things my friend could not handle to prepare his mother’s house for sale. My friend was grateful for Daniel and the Zia Group helped him sell his mother’s house. I know these are a different review for The Zia Group to wonderfully moving into your new home or selling your home The Zia Group will do a very professional transaction for you. However it is much more than a Transaction for Daniel and his Team. I have had two different experiences that were some of the most emotional challenging times for me and my friend. I experienced the Group to be very helpful during this time in my life. I will always appreciate Daniel and his team for helping me my siblings and my friend and his family. You will appreciate the Zia Group for your experience in buying or selling your home in Santa Barbara area.
