I feel so fortunate to have found Jorden when I did. I have never purchased a home before and the process would have been a overwhelming, but Jorden was with us every step of the way. He made sure that we understood our options but more than that, our priorities were his priorities, it felt like the well being of our family was genuinely personal and important to him. He always led with kindness, skill and honesty, but he was also an incredible negotiator on our behalf. He knew what our needs were and he pushed to make sure they were met. When negotiating, I found that unlike some people who only have one style or approach, Jorden was able to be responsive and flexible to the tactics that would work best in a particular situation or with a specific individual which is an incredibly valuable skill that requires subtlety and judgement. I could not recommend Jorden more highly and I know that we could not have done this without him.
