Daniel is an expert in the local market. He got us our first home in an extremely competitive market and was able to tell us exactly what to expect and advised us on what to offer. I am sure that we wouldn’t be in our home if it weren’t for his expertise. He and the Zia group are simply the best you can find. They will do everything to find you what you’re looking for, and will give you that inside knowledge that puts you a step ahead of the rest. I can’t recommend him enough.
