Kimberly Rockwell was the listing agent of a house I was interested in buying. Instead of using a separate buyers agent, I had Kimberly Rockwell represent me. I had to pay over full asking price for the house to beat all the other offers. I think the seller did well, and I am happy I got the house, even though I paid more than anyone else would. It’s been about 4 months now, and looking back, I am still very pleased with the way Kimberly Rockwell handled the sale for both me and the seller. I have done a lot of real estate transactions, a few without agents. I really enjoyed working with Kimberly Rockwell. There are always a number of problems that come up in a sale. Kimberly Rockwell handled not only the initial contract negotiations in an excellent way but also the escrow. In my purchase, I agreed to take the property AS-IS, which I did without any credit. The seller had substantial delays getting me title due to court confirmation. Kimberly Rockwell put that whole deal together, and held it together, from start to finish. I think both the seller and I did well and Kimberly Rockwell earned her $!
