We recently bought a Condo, through the Zia Group, and Kimberly Rockwell. We had a wonderful experience with Kimberly, who was remarkably attentive and supportive of all the issues that came up during our purchase and escrow. Our son and his family had recently used Kimberly to buy a Townhouse in Montecito, and also had a great experience and highly recommended Kimberly! We were in a hurry to get this property and we were only there for a month. We are out of State buyers, but I grew up in Montecito, so it is like coming home. Kimberly was super attentive and fantastic to work with!!
