As first time home buyers, we could not have asked for a better introduction to the home buying process than was provided to us by Daniel Zia and his team. Daniel was eager and very capable to answer any question we had about purchasing a home, no matter how big or how small. He spent a lot of time with us learning what we needed and wanted in a home, and went the extra mile to help us find just that. When it came to closing, Daniel was an excellent negotiator and we were very pleased with the terms of our purchase, even in market more favorable to sellers. Beyond the service he himself provided, Daniel had a fantastic network of lenders, designers, contractors and other service professionals, which we continue to draw upon many months after we’ve closed on our home. We would not hesitate to strongly recommend Daniel and his team to anyone interested in Santa Barbara area real estate.
