If you want a seamless sales process, you need to hire professionals like Jorden and The Zia Group … and get out of their way, because they do it all. With Jorden’s stellar help, we sold our Santa Barbara/Goleta condo in September 2022. If you’re wondering how amazing Jorden is, he got us four offers that were all over asking in just the first weekend. Jorden is the go-to guy, the one-stop shop, the man that does it all. He found and coordinated everything that we needed to get our place market ready. From painters to handymen, carpet and general cleaners, and even home stagers. He made everything run smoothly and easily and rearranged schedules to accommodate working around our last minute frantic packing. Jorden helped us accomplish this in around eight weeks, which is a feat unto itself. We moved out of state (to Hawaii) before we even listed our condo, and Jorden handled everything like a serious boss. He was always available for questions, or to calm anxious minds, and he gave incredibly thorough and detailed reports on what was going on with the condo, what needed to be fixed, replaced, etc. Jorden was always available, night or day. So when we were unable to get into the condo to leave our key for him on our last day, he answered our call … at 10pm. On top of that, Jorden became a new father right in the beginning of this entire process. So he’s not only an amazing realtor, he’s a super dad, too. We had to put one of our two dogs to sleep right before our trip, and Jorden was incredibly empathetic and consoling. When we unexpectedly lost our other dog a month after we moved, Jorden sent us flowers in her honor. He even checked in on us to make sure that we were okay when news broke out that the Mauna Loa volcano in Hawaii was erupting. We’ve been spoiled by having Jorden as our realtor. He’s really more than that, he’s just a truly great person and friend.
