Kimberly was outstanding to work with!! Our son and family used her and highly recommended her to us! I grew up in Montecito, so we were picky where we wanted to be. She was very friendly and attentive, and very helpful. We only looked at one place but it was quite involved with many texts, emails and phone calls! She was always cheerful and helped us negotiate some complicated issues. She had excellent recommendations for some locals to work with and we appreciate all of her hard work! She has now become a family friend and we loved working with her! If you are looking to buy, or list your property you can’t go wrong with Kimberly and the Zia Group. She will work hard for you and was very enthusiastic and helpful with all of our issues and was very responsive and always replied quickly! She was a joy to work with!!
