Working with Kimberly was an absolute delight. We began searching for a second home in August 2019. Kimberly weathered the COVID and economic storms with us until we closed on the perfect property in July 2022. Throughout the experience, Kimberly was attentive to us, responding to our changing needs (and market anxiety) with absolute grace. Her knowledge of the SB market is extensive, her ability to analyze market trends was spot-on (including knowing whether a property would sell above list price, or whether to wait). She put no pressure on us, but would always reach out when she felt a property was a strong contender. She is a brilliant negotiator; working with listing agents to have our offers considered even when ours wasn’t the strongest. She is a wonderful person, too. I enjoyed time spent with her. She is pleasant, upbeat, encouraging and positive. I highly recommend Kimberly!
