Daniel’s expertise is second to none. Daniel showed us probably dozens of homes over several years, yet he never pushed us to place an offer on a home we weren’t interested in. We did place several offers and each time his insight about offer terms, prices, etc. were very beneficial; not only for our eventual accepted offer, but also in steering us clear of an over-priced homes, or those needing too much work for our comfort level. Daniel’s wealth of connections meant that we really trusted the inspections we had done, and were confident in our final decision. It is also clear that Daniel is well respected among other Realtors in the area, and they enjoy putting deals together with him.
