My wife and I have been looking to buy a retirement home in Santa Barbara. Having bought and sold numerous homes on the East Coast over the past several decades, we felt we knew what a “good” Realtor should offer in the way of services. Our Zia Group agent has exceeded our expectations in every way imaginable. She possesses that rare quality of being able to balance a naturally friendly and personal demeanor with consummate professionalism at every turn. She has been extremely thorough in her analysis, responsive to our every question and need, and genuinely concerned that we end up with the right home at the right price… which we did!! We are currently in Escrow, with closing set in three weeks, and she continues to reach out to us every day, offering ongoing help and advice in managing the multitude of details involved in purchase—including much-needed referrals to reputable people and businesses involved in Mortgage Lending, Home Inspection, Radon Evaluation, Homeowners Insurance, Landscaping, and Property Management. No stone left unturned. In short, I would highly recommend both the Zia Group.
