Jon Gilkenson and the entire Zia Group team take buying and selling a home to a new level. Their knowledge, expertise and professionalism are above and beyond what we have experienced in our past real estate experiences (and we’ve had quite a few). We selected Daniel and Jon to be our agents after interviewing many top agents in Santa Barbara. We chose them because we knew we needed agents that were really on top of their game to do what we wanted to do: sell our house for top dollar as a pocket listing with all sorts of contingencies (such as allowing us time to find a replacement property and secure a mortgage).
