Jon is a real go-getter. He walked around the neighborhood knocking on doors, and mine was one of them. He and his agency are the leading realtors in our part of East Side Santa Barbara. When it came time for me to sell, Jon was a no-brainer for my choice of an agent. He was always there with answers, and we sold the house, and closed on it, about six weeks after it went on the market. Jon’s also a personal guy. I’d choose him again, or recommend him, anytime.

As a real estate professional of over ten years, I was impressed with Daniel’s recollection of our specific needs, the names of the members of our family, and of course bringing to us the right property. Daniel Zia is 3 for 3 with us! When we decided to purchase our first condo with Daniel there was already an offer on it, but he knew how to make our offer stand out and we got the condo. Five years later we decided to upgrade to a new place, same scenario, same result. But this time we got it for under the list price. When we sold that first condo, Daniel told us what was worth upgrading and what wasn’t. And gave us referrals to replace the floors, counters and paint. It turned out to be a great return on investment and without the referrals it wouldn’t have happened. He priced it right and we had competing offers and sold for over asking price. I don’t know how he does it, but he just knows what to do. When we closed escrow he was on vacation, but his educated team negotiated some final details and took care of us.
