We often view 20-25 houses over 2-3 days in a city before selecting the final 3 that we show our house hunters. He was quick to grasp what our needs were and was able to find us some very unique houses to show our clients. When we sold that first condo, Daniel told us what was worth upgrading and what wasn’t. And gave us referrals to replace the floors, counters and paint. It turned out to be a great return on investment and without the referrals it wouldn’t have happened. He priced it right and we had competing offers and sold for over asking price.
