And, in today’s much stricter lending environment, our preferred method of financing was very difficult too. Throughout the entire transaction, from getting the offer in immediately upon the property going onto the market, to bumps in the road along the way, Daniel always offered knowledgeable advice and a positive yet realistic attitude.
