Daniel, Veronica, and team did a great job marketing our home and getting in buyers. We had a bit of a complicated sale, with the city of Santa Barbara creating all sorts of unnecessary complications, but the Zia Group stuck with us and we completed the sale.
This was the first home purchase for both of us. We actually thought of trying to go it alone, but I’m so glad we didn’t! Daniel was always responsive, available for questions throughout the day and flexible with his time. He took the time to describe all the paperwork and to walk us through anything we were concerned about. He explained inspections, what our expectations should be, and looked out for our needs every step of the way. I particularly appreciated his suggestion to take the time to write a thoughtful letter of introduction to include with our offer.
