Zia Group came highly recommended to me by my coworkers and based on my experience I will certainly pass the recommendation on. As a first time homebuyer I had a lot of questions about all aspects of the process and Daniel Zia was my starting point for all of them. Daniel is a great listener and very personable and from our first meeting was very responsive, clear and thorough despite my very stupid questions. My emails and texts were always immediately answered, no matter the time of day. He is very aware of details, and noted many minor things that I would not have noticed during home tours and drafting offers, and yet he does not lose the big picture. I ended up having major troubles with my bank not meeting deadlines and nearly lost the house due to it. Zia Group did not hesitate to talk to the bank and use his and his groups influence to hurry the bank along, without which I would have lost my home and several thousand dollars. Buying a home is a tough process here for anyone. Zia Group did a fantastic job and took a huge load off my shoulders and my mind. I look forward to working with them again and I know they will be a huge asset to anyone in real estate market.

Zia Group was invaluable to us when we were selling our house and trying to buy at the same time. Their sage advice and professionalism made our experience terrific. We negotiated (with his help) a great sales price and a great buy price. Zia Group are keepers!!!

In a town with approximately 10,000 realtors, it is a major achievement to be voted Best Realtor for multiple years by the Santa Barbara Independent’s annual poll. After having Daniel represent us for the purchase of our home, I see why he earned that award. Our transaction was not easy. We had challenges with a short sale from the seller and the bank. And, in today’s much stricter lending environment, our preferred method of financing was very difficult too. Throughout the entire transaction, from getting the offer in immediately upon the property going onto the market, to bumps in the road along the way, Daniel always offered knowledgeable advice and a positive yet realistic attitude. Never once did I feel like he was a sales person, but always a consultant with our best interest as first priority. As owner of five properties and having used five separate realtors, I can say with complete certainty that Daniel Zia is the real deal.
