It turned out to be a great return on investment and without the referrals it wouldn’t have happened. He priced it right and we had competing offers and sold for over asking price. I don’t know how he does it, but he just knows what to do. When we closed escrow he was on vacation, but his educated team negotiated some final details and took care of us.
