He went above and beyond at every step, was always on the lookout for deals, and helped us find a great house when other Realtors had told us it would be impossible with our parameters. Jon Gilkenson and the entire Zia Group team take buying and selling a home to a new level. Their knowledge, expertise and professionalism are above and beyond what we have experienced in our past real estate experiences (and we’ve had quite a few). We selected Daniel and Jon to be our agents after interviewing many top agents in Santa Barbara. We chose them because we knew we needed agents that were really on top of their game to do what we wanted to do: sell our house for top dollar as a pocket listing with all sorts of contingencies (such as allowing us time to find a replacement property and secure a mortgage). And, in today’s much stricter lending environment, our preferred method of financing was very difficult too.
