Moriah Aasted

Meet Moriah, a proud Santa Barbara native with deep local roots. She’s a fourth-generation resident, and her family’s legacy of community service and real estate expertise runs in her blood. Moriah’s great-grandmother, Dagmar Aasted, was Santa Barbara’s first female real estate agent, and her grandfather even served as the city’s Chief of Police.
Moriah’s journey led her to study marketing and international business, and she initially managed a luxury spa in town. She later explored various roles in marketing and e-commerce while freelancing in website design and photography.
Recently licensed in California real estate, Moriah combines her passion for service, community, and creating connections. Beyond her professional life, Moriah enjoys the simple pleasures, from scenic walks with her pup to family time, hiking, and yoga. She’s the embodiment of Santa Barbara’s spirit – rich in heritage and dedicated to her community.
