Kathleen Rogers is a Santa Barbara native, runner, triathlete, and mom who raised her daughter in their home on the Westside and is the local neighborhood expert with 30 years of sales, marketing, and advocacy experience.

An alumna of the University of Puget Sound and the University of Washington with an MA in Public Affairs, Kathleen is ready to help companies and buyers relocating from other areas. She is highly knowledgeable about local neighborhoods and will ensure you understand the local real estate market. Kathleen loves sharing local favorites and hidden gems and understands all that comes with putting down roots in a new area. She has been involved in multiple organizations including Rotary Santa Barbara Sunrise, Santa Barbara High School Computer Science Academy, Santa Barbara Tri Club, Trinity Episcopal Church, Santa Barbara Symphony, Superintendent of SB Public School District Parent Advisory Council, and is the founder of the Santa Barbara Arts and Culture Alliance.
Kathleen enjoys time with her family and friends, reading, exploring outdoors, local restaurants, wine tasting, and running. She is proud to have finished her first Ironman Triathlon 70.3 in 2021 and to have cheered on her daughter’s award-winning Cal Poly student team in the 2022 and 2023 Rose Float Parade.
