As Operations & Performance Manager, Annie oversees the internal systems that support lead management, database integrity, reporting, operational coordination, onboarding and offboarding, and people operations. Her focus is ensuring that information is accurate, processes are followed consistently, and the team operates within a structured system that supports both speed and precision.

Outside of work, Annie’s life is anchored in family and faith. She spends her time with her children through shared meals, conversation, movies, badminton, and church. She also values intentional time with her husband and maintains a daily practice of gratitude within her home.
