We couldn’t have done it without the expert and strategic guidance of Daniel and Brittain in buying our house in Santa Barbara. We had moved to the city from the DC area three months ago and thought we could take our time looking for the right house since we have a town house which we bought several years ago as a vacation home also with the help of Daniel. We were living in Australia at the time and despite the long distance but with the regular and effective communication between Daniels and us, the first transaction was a success. When it’s proven quality, it’s best not to mess with it. So, without hesitation, we knew it was him we wanted to work with. This time, he and Brittain held our hands throughout the whole process. We discussed every property, both of them intent on finding us the place we can call home. Even though we have just moved in, I know that it’s the right house for us. One of our conditions was to find not just a house but a community. At our first viewing of the property, the listing agent told us that there is a small but strong community spirit in this little enclave of Santa Barbara. It was true. The day the movers came to bring our stuff and us trailing behind, a neighbor walked in and introduced herself and said she is hosting a party the following night and many of the neighbors will be around. Imagine that, we went to our first neighborhood party the second night in our new home. The neighbors are lovely people and because of Dan and Brittain, we accomplished what we set out to find. I haven’t the slightest hesitation in recommending Daniel Zia and his team. They are professional but also fine and kind people. My husband and I believe that we have gained not only their expertise but also their friendships.Bravo, Daniel and Brittain!
