Jon worked with me to sell my previous home and purchase a new home. He did a great job with the marketing materials and negotiating the final sale for my previous home. For the new home, I had quite the challenge finding a new home in this current market with low inventory. He was very thoughtful and responsive through the process, and was even able to find me an off market home – quite a challenge with the low inventory in Goleta right now. Overall a great experience, and I’d highly recommend him as a realtor!
