I get choked up almost 2 years later whenever I think about my experience with the Zia Group. No matter how much I say or how I say it I feel it will never really say enough. While other real estate agents I interviewed told me things like what work I would need to do to prepare the house for sale and how to only expect realistic results given the market, etc., Daniel Zia told me that he and his team would take care of everything that needed to be done and get me the highest possible result from the current market. They relieved an incredible burden and did an amazing job. All I had to do was say yes or no to their suggestions and write an occasional check which was always reasonable because they work with great vendors that are priced fair. His team of experts quickly got me an above market price and carried me through a very difficult time. Do yourself a favor and just interview them first.
