There is a reason Zia Group is one of the top real estate teams here in Santa Barbara and it is because of the quality employees that make up the team.
Notably, our agent Kimberly Rockwell has really been a “rock” and a “rockstar” during our entire purchase cycle especially when we almost lost the dream home we now live in. As first time home buyers, she was empathetic, knowledgeable and professional but also protective and a true fighter preventing the seller to cancel a three month escrow on us and sell at a higher price to another buyer.
I can not speak more highly about an agent than Kimberly if you are looking to both purchase or sell a home/condo even during the midst of a pandemic.
I am very happy with working with Kimberly and if I can put more than 5 stars on this review post I would.
