Every room, in fact every wall and corner holds a memory. Parting with a home can be like parting with a life’s work. Daniel Zia offered to take care of this for us, after we moved across the country. He and his team sorted the details, helped with the skilled labor and delivered a close almost to the nickel of what we hoped we to get. Every twist and turn of a negotiation requires skill.
