I can’t recommend Daniel enough. The three most important factors I consider when selecting a Realtor are knowledge, integrity, and trust. Daniel’s impressive knowledge of the Santa Barbara market are an incredible asset when buying a home. He spent a considerable amount of time with us discussing our priorities. Daniel was always very prompt in his response to my many questions. He never once pressured us to consider homes outside of our comfort zone. It was so reassuring to work with a Realtor that you have complete trust in protecting your interests. If you are in search of a Realtor to represent you as a buyer or seller, look no further you found him.
