We had the pleasure of working with Jorden while purchasing our new home, and we couldn’t be more grateful for the experience. From the very beginning, Jorden took the time to understand exactly what we were looking for and worked tirelessly to help our family get our dream home in Santa Barbara. What really stood out to us was his expertise and attention to detail. He was incredibly knowledgeable when it came to purchasing a home and helped us navigate every step of the process with ease. He helped us book all my home inspections, and made it simple for us to understand every part of the buying process. Jorden was always patient, professional, and ready to answer any question we had. He went above and beyond when it came to negotiations, ensuring we got the best deal possible. We were VERY happy with the purchase price :) We honestly can’t recommend Jorden enough if you’re looking to purchase or sell a home.
