Kimberly Rockwell is by far the best realtor in Santa Barbara. She knows the area inside and out, is super responsive and will go out of her way to find you your dream home. She doesn’t put pressure on you and truly wants you to find the best fit for your family. She is always positive and kind – but don’t let that fool you- she seems to always get a deal closed with both sides happy.
