Daniel and his team did a fantastic job selling our house in Goleta! We have worked with the Zia group three times and they just keep getting better. For our most recent house in Goleta, the Zia group was able to provide the coaching and marketing to get us substantially over our asking price in a tough market where over asking price offers weren’t happening. The Zia group is the only realastate firm I would recommend in the Santa Barbara area.
