Daniel Zia and his staff are exceptional at what they do and provide a world class experience in selling my home and finding me a property to purchase. It is rare to find a company that exceeds your expectations in every way. They priced my home fairly and set the stage to receive multiple offers over asking and a quick all cash close. when i needed to buy a property they helped me with structuring my offer so the seller accepted me and we closed in 10 days.
