The Zia group is fantastic!! We’ve worked specifically with Alan Siebenaler and our experience thus far has been great. We were searching for commercial real estate in Santa Barbara and Alan was very knowledgeable when it came to answering all of our questions. He was also very realistic with us, and listened to all of our concerns and took note of our wants/needs in a property. The property we were interested in had already been leased but we definitely plan to continue working with Alan for future real estate opportunities.
