I highly recommend Kimberly Rockwell as a real estate agent of the highest ability, and greatest character. She oversaw the purchase of our house in Santa Barbara and helped greatly with the sale of our house in Northern California. Without her we would not have been able to make this purchase nor sell our house in Penn Valley.
Her attention to detail, ability to communicate well, establish good relationships, and represent us as both buyer and seller were exceptional. Of great importance, was that what she cared about was us and a successful purchase and sale. She certainly was not focused on her own gain or her own needs. She was totally focused on us.
We’ve worked with many real estate agents in our five houses that we’ve owned, and Kimberly is by far and away the best we have ever worked with. Choosing her will result in a happy outcome.
