I am very thankful I chose Zia Group as my realtor. They helped me secure my desired property as a rental when I was not quite ready to put in an offer. They then helped me through the purchase process when it was time to put in an offer. Zia Group had great referrals, from their choice in movers to home inspector. They communicated with agents and others involved in the process and was a strong advocate. They helped educate me about the current market and my chosen neighborhood. From first tours to saying thank you it was awesome to have Zia Group on my side.
