This is the second time I’ve used Jon to purchase property in Santa Barbara, and he was so helpful again. He was extremely communicative with updates throughout the whole process and quick to respond to any questions that I had. The offer, escrow and closing process were extremely smooth, and Jon was proactive in anticipating obstacles that we could get ahead as to not slow anything down. I would definitely use Jon again if I’m in the market to buy another house.
