I have bought and sold many homes over the years and I must say that this sale (Daniel represented me as the seller) was the best so far. Daniel was on top of things from the beginning to the end. It seemed like he was always one step ahead of what needed to be done. He did a good job working with the other Realtor and kept on top of the escrow proceedings. I would highly recommend him to anyone who is looking for a good Santa Barbara Realtor.
