Daniel and his team were absolutely amazing! They helped us every step of the way in selling our house. We actually were able to sell our house off market saving us so much time. They coached along the way and knew the answer to every question we had. Bowen helped us find a new house also off market and he was so easy to communicate with and get ahold of whenever we had questions or wanted to go see houses. He had good suggestions of houses and quickly understood what we were looking for. We opened escrow on the new place the same time as the old house. You can’t plan that well ever. It’s so great working with the Zia Group because they really understand the market and what we would be able to find. They also work so well as a team that it made the buying and selling seamless! I recommend them 100%
