We can truly say that Jorden is the single most capable real estate agent we have ever worked with and ironically he came to us assigned thru Zillow when we requested to see a property! Saying he’s the top isn’t said lightly as our business for 29 years entails 501c3 flips every few years. This purchase was very different for us as it was my little sister’s families first home! Jorden was incredible from start to finish! He went above and beyond to make it very seamless despite some difficult curve balls. He has built excellent relationships with all forms of skilled specialists, various inspectors, title agents, handymen, contractors , land scalpers and repair companies. All referrals thru him have been great and easy to work with. Jorden is extremely patient, market knowledgeable, excellent with negotiation, has highly developed people skills and is very competent. Jorden facilitated everything so that my sister and her family could remain solely in the excitement and fun of their first home purchase! We truly can’t say enough to convey how impressed we were, and are with Jorden and our experience with your entire group!
