Hiring Daniel Zia and The Zia Group was one of the best decisions we have made. We had an unusual property to sell and we needed their knowledge, expertise and steadfastness to help us through the process. Their marketing package was excellent, they were always available when needed, and Daniel helped us gain clarity and confidence during those times when we were uncertain. Our property sold in a timely manner at a fair market price. Both buyers and sellers were happy and we consider the entire process a great success. We found Daniel to be clear, knowledgeable, honest and very pleasant to work with. We give him and his team our highest recommendations.
