Daniel Zia did a great job as both buyer and sellers agent. On the buy side he was able to get our current home for 5% below asking and on the sell side he got us 5% over asking. We completed two transactions in less than 60 days. Most realtors are untrustworthy but Daniel is a true professional. We will definitely use him again.
