As first-time homebuyers, we had a steep learning curve to overcome. Lynda helped ease us into things by discussing different neighborhoods and setting up showings. She is very keen to learn what home will work for you; beyond finding out our required/preferred property features, she works hard to understand the intangible aspects we were looking for (even when we hadn’t figured them out yet ourselves!). We work full-time, which could have made scheduling showings difficult – fortunately, Lynda was very accommodating and met with us when it worked for our schedule. I will also add that we were doing this mid-pandemic. Lynda (and the listing agents in town) made sure things were done very safely.

During showings, Lynda made excellent observations about the properties and asked great questions to the listing agent. In doing so, she gleaned important pieces of information others might have missed – we certainly would have. I felt confident that she was checking for pitfalls and keeping our best interest at heart. Lynda was also always available and happy to obtain discuss properties and details such as inspection reports. She is a great communicator and always made sure we were well informed at all times.

Lynda is very clear in communicating the realtor-client relationship to you. She will look out for your best interest every step of the way. We never once felt pressured into making a purchase; Lynda cares deeply that your home is right for you and will guide you to make your own decisions based the facts she finds. We are fortunate to give her our full trust.

Beyond her professional skills, Lynda is just a pleasure to work with. She is very enthusiastic and truly passionate about connecting people with the right home. I recommend her without reservation!
