It is my pleasure to share the incredible support and service I received from Brittain Alexander, an important member of the Zia Group, closing a high-end property in Montecito. He took the lead in our transaction and there were numerous challenges with the lender, time-frames, considerations for the sellers moving out, and Brittain led us through them with ease and grace. He was unflappable, fair and steady throughout. I cannot find enough words for the praise and appreciation I have. It would be a welcome day to be able to work with him again.
