We had the best experience with Daniel Zia and his team purchasing a home in Montecito. Daniel’s expertise during the negotiation phase allowed us to come up with creative offers that we felt excited about and comfortable with. During escrow, Daniel’s team provided excellent service to us as out-of-town buyers during Covid. They found creative ways to allow us to participate in inspections and connected us with contractors and vendors during our short visits to the area. They even went above and beyond by helping us coordinate repairs and cleaning post-closing. They are a true concierge practice and will definitely do business with them again next time we need a realtor!
